2. Shipping Times:
After the order has been paid, the workers needs 5-7 business days to complete the manual production. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
The US orders,package will be delivered in 7-14 business days with the standard shipping method, 5-7 Business days with the Expedited shipping method.
The International Orders, package will be delivered in 10 - 14 business days with standard shipping method.
We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and force majeure such as hurrican, snowstorm, rainstorm, so on. Delivery time don’t include the handling time.
Please note that once an order has been shipped,it cannot be canceled or redirected, If your delivery is delayed but still in transit, please accept the package first,then contact us to return it. Do not refuse delivery, as the shipping company may dispose of the parcel.

-Order is not received. After the investigation of missing package, we can issue you the full refund or arrange a replacement based on your requirements.

-Product Color Difference. Although we make every effort to photography our products accurately and describe them in details, we can’t guarantee every photography in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution.
-Item’s Smell. Each item has its own smell, which is the smell of raw material, this could not be the reason of return. You can hang it in a ventilated place, then the smell will disappear.
How to make a return or exchange?
1, Please contact Customer Service Department on our site, show us the order ID and indicate the reason that you would like to return or exchange, you will receive a response within 24 hours.
2, After receiving the return introduction from us, please pack the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.
3, Choose your own logistics company at your cost and mail it.
4, Send us the receipt of your return if your return or exchange reason is covered by our 30-days full coverage return&exchange policy.
Return&Exchange Conditions
1, Please do not send your return to the address on your original package, this is not the return address and will affect the return, exchange, refund progress.
2 Returned items must be in unused condition with original packaging, we do not accept any returned items that are worn, damaged, washed, we have right to charge some compensation based on this condition.
4, Please be sure to double check your return before shipping it out, we are not responsible for the return of non-QUEENALIASHOES products
5, Customer needs to pay the return freight unless the quality problem. No Return Service Charge.
