xVonelle is an open-toe thigh-high boot with a lace-up closure, matte vegan leather finish, and three heel heights — available in both Black and Brown. Same adjustable fit and dance-ready construction, now with a color option that opens up a whole different wardrobe.
Two Color Options – Black for the go-to, Brown for when you want something warmer and less expected. Brown thigh-high boots are hard to find in dance-ready styles — Vonelle fills that gap.
Lace-Up Closure – Lacing runs up the back from ankle to thigh. Keeps the front profile clean and smooth while giving you full control over how tight or relaxed the fit sits along your leg.
Three Heel Height Options – 3” Slim for a lower, steadier base. 3.75” Stiletto for mid-range height with good balance. 4.33” Stiletto for maximum leg length and presence. Your skill level, your event, your choice.
Open Toe Design – Keeps your feet ventilated during long sessions and gives the boot a modern, open silhouette. Works well in both colors — the open toe breaks up the visual weight of a full thigh-high shaft.
Matte Vegan Leather – Smooth, non-shiny finish in both colorways. No animal materials. Durable enough for regular wear, easy to wipe clean.
Two Sole Options – Street Sole for hard surfaces and outdoor wear. Suede Sole for indoor dance floors and stages.
Thigh-High Shaft – Above-the-knee coverage with the back lace-up holding the shaft in place. Clean front, adjustable back.

2. Shipping Times:
After the order has been paid, the workers needs 5-7 business days to complete the manual production. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
The US orders,package will be delivered in 7-14 business days with the standard shipping method, 5-7 Business days with the Expedited shipping method.
The International Orders, package will be delivered in 10 - 14 business days with standard shipping method.
We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and force majeure such as hurrican, snowstorm, rainstorm, so on. Delivery time don’t include the handling time.
Please note that once an order has been shipped,it cannot be canceled or redirected, If your delivery is delayed but still in transit, please accept the package first,then contact us to return it. Do not refuse delivery, as the shipping company may dispose of the parcel.

-The product you received is damaged or defective. We accept to arrange a free return and exchange based on your requirements.
-Order is not received. After the investigation of missing package, we can issue you the full refund or arrange a replacement based on your requirements.

-Product Color Difference. Although we make every effort to photography our products accurately and describe them in details, we can’t guarantee every photography in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution.
-Item’s Smell. Each item has its own smell, which is the smell of raw material, this could not be the reason of return. You can hang it in a ventilated place, then the smell will disappear.

How to make a return or exchange?
1, Please contact Customer Service Department on our site, show us the order ID and indicate the reason that you would like to return or exchange, you will receive a response within 24 hours.
2, After receiving the return introduction from us, please pack the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.
3, Choose your own logistics company at your cost and mail it.
4, Send us the receipt of your return if your return or exchange reason is covered by our 30-days full coverage return&exchange policy.
Return&Exchange Conditions
1, Please do not send your return to the address on your original package, this is not the return address and will affect the return, exchange, refund progress.
2 Returned items must be in unused condition with original packaging, we do not accept any returned items that are worn, damaged, washed, we have right to charge some compensation based on this condition.
